teeth, overbites, under bites, patella issues, hernias, trachea issues ,or open fontenal as these
are standard breed issues that cannot be predicted or prevented by the breeder.
4.  Puppy has been vaccinated with age appropriate shots and has been vet checked and
verified to be in good health and free of any communicable diseases. Buyer shall be given 72
hours (3 days) from date of sale to have puppy examined by a licensed vet. In the unlikely event
that a serious or life threatening health problem with the puppy is discovered within 72 hours
and written diagnosis is supplied to the seller from a licensed vet within 5 business days of the

by a genetic defect and not due to neglect, accident, or sickness caused by the puppy’s new
home, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available.
Buyer will be responsible for all costs to return said puppy and for the new puppy to be shipped
to buyer. Seller assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once
